Steps for Apple/iOS Phones

1.  You and your peer mentor should sit together when your mentor will create an account for you in the system
2.  You should receive a text message from your peer mentor (active cellular connection is required)
3.  This text contains your user ID, remember or write it down for step 9.
4.  Click on the link in the text
5.  The link will take you to a web page, where you will be asked to set a password for your account
6.  Download the application for iOS from the QRF website support page http://www.dryhootch-qrf.org/support/ (Internet connection required)
7.  During the installation process the app will request to have “push notification permission” to be turned on. Please allow it.
8.  Open the app, insert user-name (from the text, step 2) and password that you just created
9.  Once you have logged in to the application you will see your profile dashboard.
10. Weekly the scheduled questionnaire will appear on your mobile device. You will get reminder to respond to that
